In 1995, he ascended to a supervisory position, overseeing teams and ensuring that all safety regulations and standards were diligently observed while working on hazardous sites. His leadership abilities and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality service have garnered respect from peers and colleagues.

In 2000, Mr. Lindo expanded his skill set by transitioning into the restoration industry, focusing on water damage restoration and mold remediation.
